"The hotel was beautiful and staff were welcoming and helpful. There is a parking garage conveniently located next to the hotel and they offer a reduced rate for guests. The hotel not only has a mini bar on the main floor but also have one on the roof top which is beautiful and a nice way to end the night. I highly recommend the hotel! My husband and I have already decided to stay again in the future. "

"I had a pleasant stay overall at Embassy Suites. The breakfast was excellent, and the service throughout the hotel was consistently good. The staff were friendly, professional, and helpful during our visit. The main issue we encountered was with the elevators. Although there are four elevators in the building, only two were working upon our arrival, and by the morning this was reduced to just one. This made it very difficult to get up and down from the 14th floor and caused significant delays. That said, I appreciate how the situation was handled. The manager personally called me to apologize and offered compensation for the inconvenience. He was very courteous and responsive, which helped make up for the issue. Overall, a good experience with excellent service, but the elevator situation definitely needs improvement."

I call it my home away from home and I stay there frequently when visiting our children! Spectacular views, inviting atmosphere and stay second to none! "For me, the room had issues. I want to share that I did get offered another room but we were too late coming back to do this. Issues with hot water, slippery floor tile, and mattress pad that was lumpy. Staff at the bar yesterday afternoon told me they did not have decaf coffee in the hotel. This am, we had it in the breakfast area. Great waitress there named Anamaria. "
