「The neighborhood was perfect for me. I’d like to book the same property again because of the location.The only problem was checking in. The address was wrong and if I wasn’t raised in that part of Chicago I would have been very confused.Plus I checked in late at night. It wasn’t an easy process. Next time it will be diffeeent.」

「Great host! Very helpful during booking and checking in process. Apartment was very clean and comfortable. Lots to do around the area and there are a lot of businesses within walking distance. Only issue was the noise from the train outside. Other than that it was great」

「Great location, safe to walk, close to grocery, cafes and restaurants. Easy access to station. I was not aware that we were going to stay in basement floor. The information on site must be transparent and clear. Areas for improvement; 2 bunk beds, slippery steps. I fell down and hurt my arm. Kitchen utilities are very poor. Plastic plates, cookware are not healthy. Mini oven is to small to handle. We could not cook meal. You can hear the conversation and any other sounds from upstairs....

「The plus side- good for the money, good location, cleanNot plus side- outdoor stair was very icy and only 1/3 of each step was clear. I was recovering form an ankle injury and there wasn't enough non-icy surface for my casted foot to step on. the toilet didn't flush on two inopportune times. and the TV screen didn't work one night. 」
