「This property owner is non communicative with both guests and VRBO. They will eventually, at the last minute when prompted by vrbo, send check in instructions and say they expect a 5 star review. We would not feel safe traveling to this property (especially with children) without solid communication. All onus is placed on guests no matter the circumstances. This property owner knows that and works in those parameters. Cannot in good faith recommend this property or host.」

「The property was lovely and well laid out. We saw deer drinking from the pond and and enjoyed nice fires at the fire pit. The cabin was clean and comfortable. We have stayed at a few cabins and this one is at the top of my list. It was clear that the owners put a lot of thought into the accomodations and making you feel welcome. The delicious homemade chocolate chip cookies on the table were a most welcome surprise. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay very much. It is a great place to get away...

「Host was pretty responsive and kind. We did have some issues with double booking, but the host fixed it. The main issue we had wasn’t with the home or host. The VRBO displayed the incorrect address and it took us an hour out of our way. The home itself was clean. They had a lot of kitchen supplies and equipment. The garage area was very neat. 「I absolutely loved our stay. We ended up having to extend and actually rented the two other cabins for family, as we were working on a project in Benton. Ginger was amazing to work with and her beautiful dog was the sweetest. I truly felt safe and well taken care of. 1000/10 recommend booking these cute clean perfectly decorated cabins!!!」
