「Check in was fast. Upon entry into room, heavily soiled carpet with heavy "musty" smell. Microwave inoperable and toilet seat loose. Upon check out, I was told they would extend my stay but they told me I would have to make another reservation because my existing reservation was made through a third party. I was honored by them having a Veteran only parking spot.」

「Staff was seldom at front desk, the room was disgusting, microwave and air worked poorly, and it didn't appear the room/bedding had been cleaned from last person. Everything in the room was sticky and wet. The tv remote was especially sticky. Absolutely gross. I walked across the floor both with socks on and barefoot and the soles of my feet were black. No tissues or coffee maker at all. The bathtub didn't drain well. Given the condition of the room, we were afraid to eat or drink anything from...
