"I chose this hotel because of good reviews of its clean rooms and good breakfast. However it is not so. There was no person at the reception and a note is posted on the counter when I arrived. I could not have breakfast due to our early flight. I had told that fact one day before on the phone but they didn’t offer anything instead. Does it mean we should not believe reviews? Maybe I visited this hotel in a bad timing. Or the conditions and situation of American hotels have changed badly. "

"ロビー、廊下、部屋が典型的なアメリカのホテル、という感じです。空調やテレビの操作が簡単です。雰囲気が落ち着いてますし、スタッフの方々はフレンドリーです。部屋の広さにゆとりがあります。一階に無人の店があり、割と品揃えがあります。朝食がおいしいです。総合的にいって私は大変気に入りました！"

"The shuttle bus runs every 20 minutes to lambert airport and was really helpful and convenient. The driver was really nice. I will stay again when I get a chance to visit St. Louis and have an early / late flight!"
