「I really appreciated the size of the room and the separation between sleeping areas. The downside was a bathroom with no place to hang a towel or garment anywhere but the shower door handle. Why not add a towel bar or a few hooks on the wall or door for wet towels, swim suits, or dry clothes?」

「Lovely staff, beautiful facility. Room was great, best bed we’ve slept in for a long time. Wish we could have stayed longer.」

「Good budget hotel.」

「The room I stayed in is in need of a remodel. All rooms. Needed paint and patching - to start with. Also, you could hear through the walls and above my room- children crying and people walking. The staff is great! Accommodating & friendly.」

「Pretty solid. Rooms are okay and staff was pleasant」

「The hotel was really nice, it just was not the most convenient if you want to go to downtown chicago. The main thing was that the water on our floor was always hot. Always. They had to come and fix it twice but it was burning hot, could not shower. The day of our check out we waited 2 hours for them to come and fix the issue. The hotel staff was nice but they took their time with everything. The breakfast credit was useful, the food was good there.」

「The shuttle bus to ORD does not pick up the passengers correctly, and the information is not shared between the hotel and the service company. The front desk staff at the hotel is not always the same. Some are polite and some are clumsy. The reason why some are polite and others are clumsy is because they are not thoroughly trained. For example, on the first and second days, the front desk staff gave us two complimentary bottles of water each, but on the third day, the staff member in charge...
