"The let out couch bed was broken fell on why I was sleeping. The refrigerator had a bad order and wasn’t really getting cold. "

"I called the hotel before we even went to confirm the pool hours and I was told 7-9. When we checked in at the front desk I asked again, and I was again told 7-9 but when we went to go to the pool the next morning before checking out, we were told the pool did not open till 12. I would have gotten a hotel where we could swim if I would have known."
