"Room was clean and pleasant. Front desk staff was wonderful, helpful and genuinely courteous and kind (quick, too) when we needed extra towels and bedding. Breakfast was great, one of the things we have come to really enjoy at Embassy Suites, and plenty of seating in the dining area and the lovely lobby. Pool was pretty cloudy though and the pool bathrooms were not very clean."

"The inside of my room was clean, but we could not change our tv because we had no remote when we first got there. so they brought us a remote but it did not want to become programmed so we gave up on programming it and just watched the same channel. When I first got in to check into my hot tub room, the gentlemen at the front desk took literally about 20 minutes to get my room situated and get the hot tub room that i paid for. We did in fact end up getting our room after a long wait for myself and the poor man who waited patiently behind me for his room. The hall way on the first floor was a horrible mess. I looked like there was fur, and I mean tons of fur all over the carpet, along with a bunch of crushed up kibble all over the carpet in from of two particular rooms. It was not very aesthetically appealing and looked dirty and unkept. If it wasn't for the room having a clean hot tub I think we would have ran for the hills. "

"Property looks great, easy to access, heating system/AC working fine. I would have given a 5 but the response time was a bit poor when I needed something fixed in the room ( tv not working). I called again and they promised to send a staff but no show till we left the following morning. Other than this issue, I will say it's a nice place. "

"The only issue I had was a lingering cigarette smoke smell. I could tell that they took pains to try and eradicate it, but I have a sensitive nose. Otherwise, great place. Comfortable mattress and excellent water pressure. Very clean. The breakfast was especially tasty. Super friendly staff. Great value for the money!"

"Nice comfy and quiet getaway to stay at and explore the town. Excellent restaurants nearby. Host was a joy to work with and promptly answered all questions. "
