"The River hotel is located near the river! Wonderful location for shops and restaurants! Walking distance from Michigan ave and the parks ! I’ve stayed here 5 times in the last 3 years I always enjoy my stays"

"My maim complaint was the fact that the property wanted to charge an exorbitant fee to check-in early. If the rooms are available, it seems it should be a nominal fee. Also, the front desk staff was not particularly friendly or understanding."

"This is a great option for business travel. The rooms are small and basic, and lack some amenities that are standard in other hotels (like a mini-fridge, though you can request one). The hotel overall is dated, though well-maintained. But everything is clean, the bed is super comfortable and there is a good workspace and wifi, there are significant common areas where you can work, and the price is always right. The front desk staff has been consistently kind and helpful, and check in and check out are a breeze. I recommend Club Quarters and will be back again. "
