「Hotel staff were great. “Suite” was a total disaster. Carpets were at least 10 years old with holes and furniture was as old and very uncomfortable. Never would have rented this “Suite” if we knew the true condition. Online pictures paint a very different picture.」

「We chose this property for its size (4 bedrooms) and location (Wrigleyville) as we wanted to do some holiday activities in the area. The host had great communication regarding policies, procedures, check-in/out, etc. We were pretty disappointed, though, that the fireplace didn’t work despite it being listed in the property description.
