「When I checked in, the front staff had a very nice attitude. The room was also great — stylish, clean, and comfortable. But one thing: at check-out, the staff seemed a bit distracted and things didn’t go smoothly. Maybe it was very early in the morning.」

「The service was excellent, and the room was clean and comfortable. I was very happy with my stay overall and would gladly stay here again on my next visit to Chicago.」

「I was charged some last-minute fees that were seemingly un disclosed for an urban fee that had nothing to do with the additional tax charged by the city of Chicago for being a visitor.
