"Service was extremely disappointing and unprofessional, not advertising to anyone that there was a utility fee included for using electricity. There was no sign to a main entrance, nor an actual sign, period, to be able to find the place. Couldn’t tell if anyone worked or was associated with Motel 6 Extended Stay because no one was dressed professionally. The receptionist was more concerned about letting everyone know that she was “going through a thing” than remaining stoic and professional. Hallways smelled of grease from cooking in the rooms, elevator seemed barely functional and my room smelled of cigarettes. Shower rod was barely hanging on too. "

"The bed was absolutely horrendous. Not comfortable, barely stayed 10 hours. Noise was unbearable. Elevator kept opening. I wont be back which is unfortunate because initially it was wonderful. I will be demanding a refund."

"This place is stuck in the 1980's. The room smelled like a cross between a dirty ashtray and a musty basement. They also don't have smart TV's to stream You Tube or Netflix or Prime. I got in late and didnt feel like making an issue about it that night. I decided to move to a hotel closer to where i needed to be the next night, they were previously sold out. HOTEL'S. com wouldn't do anything to cancel my 2nd night except offer me $50 in there bonus miles or whatever they are. Not using that or there app again, buyer beware USE the hotels website and deal directly with them. I've found these 3rd party apps take the money and run, no help at all if there is an issue."
