"No-one at reception to assist with check in, front door locked, Waited 30 mins before i called the hotel, previously tried calling the afterhours number with no answer. Staff turned up and we were checked in.
Room was tidy but needed more attention to corners particularly in the corners of the bathroom.
Breakfast was ok but the coffee was terrible!"
