Punthitll has paid garage parking which is well worth paying for. There is a trick to finding where to swipe your card to get into the garage. It is on a wall out in the lane. "The front door of the property is mere feet from the pier and a beautiful park and located a half block from the cafe district where all kinds of delicious food from around the world was available. This area felt safe and it was just a short walk to the incredible coastline and beaches as well as a beautiful botanical garden. The train station is also only a few blocks away that will take you right into downtown Melbourne. Highly recommend!"
