「Room location was good」

「Room smelled a bit musty. Spa bath was lovely, bed was comfortable. We were told at check-in, our room was not ready and we would be phoned when it was. This didn't happen and when we went back to reception the key was handed over with no apology 🙄. A bit annoying when you cant check-in till 3pm and you check out at 10am. 」

「This hotel is totally understaffed. Although individual staff members were generally kind, the number of staff is clearly insufficient to keep up with the demands from customers. Plus, it was ridiculous that they advertise their standard room with two double-size beds (which were much smaller than we expected) for four people. There was no way for two adults to sleep on what they claim to be a double-size bed, and the room was hardly sufficient for four people. The fact that they prepared only...

「I recommend this accommodation especially a family with small children as there was a swimming pool surrounded by grass on which you can eat or drink anything you bring quickly from your room. It is close to the beach, supermarkets and a bus stop to surfers paradise or the airport. The building is only four-stories and ceiling is relatively low which is ok with me as I don’t like tall modern buildings. Only unexpected thing was that the kitchen in our apartment does not have an oven which is...

「Bed smells terrible, less towels and they left garbage which former guest used. I am not sure they clean y romom before we checked in. We won’t recommend this accommodation sadly.」
