Modern hotel with spacious twin room which had lots of outlets to charger your devices. Located in CBD so close to all restaurants and transportation; entrance is not impressive but it seems most of entrances in this city were side street entrances. Staff was always friendly, helpful and always greeting you when you entered and left the hotel

I absolutely loved my stay at Hyatt Centric Melbourne. From the moment I arrived, the service was warm, professional, and genuine. The rooms are stylish, spacious, and thoughtfully designed — with incredible views of the city and river. The location is unbeatable — an easy walk to Southbank, the laneways, and great shopping. I may have already rated this hotel, but it’s worth repeating. We absolutely loved our stay at the Hyatt Centric — the service was outstanding, and the hotel itself was comfortable, stylish, and exactly what we were looking for. We didn’t opt for the included breakfast, and eco-friendly features weren’t a priority for us, so I didn’t comment on those aspects. What mattered most was the overall experience, and on that front, the Hyatt Centric delivered beautifully. We’ll happily return for another stay. My only wish is that the price could be a little lower — but even so, it was a fantastic experience.
