「Showed up at 3:15pm for my 3pm check in expecting to check in for my room. Reception was locked, with a number on the door to call. Called the number and the manger told me the room had been deemed ‘unsafe from an electrician’. He also let me know that the property was fully booked for the night. I made other arrangements by myself as no substitute accommodation was offered. The worst hotel experience I have ever had.」

「Property sent email and sms message which stated that reception hours were till 6pm on Sat and this written on the door but when we requested to leave our bags till 6,we told that they closed at 5pm and we would have to be back before that time .Apartment was lacking in that there no coffee pods,no milk,no shampoo and conditioner or tea towel.Extra towels for use at pool and tea towel were supplied when we requested them by friendly reception staff who also supplied information on trams ad best...
