「Great location with amazing views. Unfortunately we experienced a number of issues with this stay. 1. Despite communication 2 days and 30 minutes before arrival via the contact details provided, we had to wait 40 minutes to get keys to check in. A 25 voucher was promised as compensation for 5 people, but not received. 2. You cannot access the pool until a face to face induction is done. Property manager sent the link to the google form but no inductions are done Sat to Monday, so first...

「Suite is fine but at the back of a building through a separate door past the Recycling Room. Communications with the Operator was terrible and only by text or email. There is no reception - I never saw any staff member. 」
