「We had a fantastic long weekend at Rob’s place. The house was spacious, bright, spotless, and beautifully designed. The large, green yard was perfect for relaxing, and watching the sunrise was truly breathtaking.The place is also dog-friendly, which was a big plus for us! 「We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Healesdale House. The property is attractive, well-appointed, and the breakfast items are a hospitable touch. The house is close to most everything in the Yarra Valley, but tucked away in town just enough to feel calm and quiet. Our host was readily and helpfully available throughout. He offered great recommendations for local businesses and wineries (though all of the cellars we visited were terrific.) We would gladly stay at Healesdale House again! 」

「The property is huge and beautifully tucked away in nature. If the stay is during the cold months, it's recommended that those who love a fireplace take firewood, and don't forget the essentials to start the fire. Our group loved the place and would like to suggest that the host provide essentials like kindling, matches, or a fire starter kit to make things simpler, as these items are easily forgotten when we are packing for a weekend away.We would definitely consider returning to the property...

「Very comfortable and lovely back deck.Only concern from an elderly point of view is that it is very hard to get into the spa to be able to shower. Needs at least one safe holding rail.」

Host Walter has set up the ideal place for getting away from it all and that's exactly what this experience delivered - a much needed break from the big city and the perfect finale to an extended Easter vacation. "I came to Melbourne for my birthday trip. Vammy, the taxi driver, Mr. Sang from the hotel, and Akila from the concierge team prepared a surprise birthday gift in my room to cheer me up after I had an unpleasant experience on the way here (which had nothing to do with the hotel). I was truly touched by their warm hospitality and deeply appreciated the kind gesture. Thank you so much! The room and bathroom were spacious, with large windows offering an amazing view. I highly recommend the Grand Hyatt to everyone. "

"2泊利用近くにトラムの停留所があるので(フリーエリア)移動には便利。市場もスーパーも近い。サザンクロス駅にも歩けなくはない距離。次にメルボルンに行くならまた利用したいと思えるホテルだった。キッチンの換気扇の使い方が最初分からず焦ったが、換気扇はスイッチで電源入れるタイプではなく換気扇の面のバーの部分を引っ張るとスライドして換気扇とライトが付くものだった。使い方の説明書などあったら良かった。ベッドメイキングは毎日入るがタオルの交換はバスタオルと洗面所にあるハンドタオルのみだった。フェイスタオの交換はなかった。"

"The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The location was excellent, just a short walk from the station and only a few minutes on foot to a supermarket. There were also plenty of restaurants nearby, and the tram stop was within walking distance, making transportation very convenient. In short, it was a fantastic hotel. However, the internet connection was somewhat unstable at times. That said, simply toggling the Wi-Fi on and off on my laptop usually restored the connection, so it wouldn’t be a major issue unless you need a stable connection for online meetings. Also, the refrigerator was a bit too cold, and the sparkling water I stored inside ended up freezing. It might have been possible to adjust the temperature, but it wasn’t immediately obvious. I could have asked the front desk, but it wasn’t a significant inconvenience."
