「The in-room spa with the window view was beautiful and the overall room felt luxurious. Jo the owner was lovely and helpful when needed and otherwise the stay was quiet and peaceful and away from the big hotels yet only 10 mins drive to Daylesford. Highly recommend staying here for a romantic couples weekend away.」

「We really enjoyed the stay and the place, we recommend it! Easy access, quiet, clean, there was everything we needed in the kitchen, very organized, and loved the chickens that live there. As downsides, there was one time during a storm when it started to rain a bit inside the building. Also, a portion of the back of the wardrobe in our room was broken so we could see into the hallway. And lastly, after the storm, the front door code pad stopped working so we had to use the side doors.」

「We had a great week of snowboarding in July 2025. The double room was big enough and modern - with a good bed and excellent bathroom. The breakfast good and dinner excellent. The location of the lodge is perfect: you can literally ski down to the lift and a track of the piste takes you to 20m from the lodge. Ski room and drying room are spacious and a washer/dryer for guest use was very welcome. 」

「We had a fantastic long weekend at Rob’s place. The house was spacious, bright, spotless, and beautifully designed. The large, green yard was perfect for relaxing, and watching the sunrise was truly breathtaking.The place is also dog-friendly, which was a big plus for us! Rob was an excellent host—friendly, attentive, and even offered to watch our dog on the last day so we could explore the beach and nature more freely.We truly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be coming back!Thank you, Rob,...

"I came to Melbourne for my birthday trip. Vammy, the taxi driver, Mr. Sang from the hotel, and Akila from the concierge team prepared a surprise birthday gift in my room to cheer me up after I had an unpleasant experience on the way here (which had nothing to do with the hotel). I was truly touched by their warm hospitality and deeply appreciated the kind gesture. Thank you so much! The room and bathroom were spacious, with large windows offering an amazing view. I highly recommend the Grand Hyatt to everyone. "

"2泊利用近くにトラムの停留所があるので(フリーエリア)移動には便利。市場もスーパーも近い。サザンクロス駅にも歩けなくはない距離。次にメルボルンに行くならまた利用したいと思えるホテルだった。キッチンの換気扇の使い方が最初分からず焦ったが、換気扇はスイッチで電源入れるタイプではなく換気扇の面のバーの部分を引っ張るとスライドして換気扇とライトが付くものだった。使い方の説明書などあったら良かった。ベッドメイキングは毎日入るがタオルの交換はバスタオルと洗面所にあるハンドタオルのみだった。フェイスタオの交換はなかった。"

"The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The location was excellent, just a short walk from the station and only a few minutes on foot to a supermarket. There were also plenty of restaurants nearby, and the tram stop was within walking distance, making transportation very convenient. In short, it was a fantastic hotel. However, the internet connection was somewhat unstable at times. That said, simply toggling the Wi-Fi on and off on my laptop usually restored the connection, so it wouldn’t be a major issue unless you need a stable connection for online meetings. Also, the refrigerator was a bit too cold, and the sparkling water I stored inside ended up freezing. It might have been possible to adjust the temperature, but it wasn’t immediately obvious. I could have asked the front desk, but it wasn’t a significant inconvenience."
