「This apartment is very well located. A second key and fob would have be great as there are lots of security points to move through and four of us staying there . The apartment was clean and comfortable although some maintenance of the bathroom and building generally is warranted. Really enjoyable stay once we worked out the lifts...there were three to get to the apartment. The host was very responsive and accommodating which was greatly appreciated. 」

「Great location, great views, great communication. What lacked was quality furniture - everything was budget furniture, and mismatched towels of poor quality. The sofa was broken upon arrival which took two days to repair, multiple emails back and forth and two visits from a repairer eating time into our trip that we shouldn’t have spent to manage the issue. I understand these things happen - but I feel as though the organisation should have management plans in place for these matters that...

「Really nice location, Rose Lane has so many eating options and on New Years Eve, it was close enough to all the action at the Docklands and Flagstaff Gardens but not crazy busy. The view from the balcony was great too. We could see the fireworks at Flagstaff Gardens and 3 rooftops going off around the city. The apartment itself is a one bedroom with sofabed which was a little squishy for a family of 5 but we really enjoyed the surrounding restaurants and the facilities like the pool, spa, gym...
