「After staying at about 12 hotels across Asia and US this year, this was by far the best trained, most friendly and helpful staff I have encountered. The actual hotel was lovely, modern, new and fresh. The room was very comfortable (Corner King) with a large sofa, table for Dijon’s or working, USB-C ports, a well laid out bathroom with a massive shower. But the distinguishing factor was definitely the people - no request was too small, I was greeted very warmly when I entered and when I left...

「電車の駅からもトラムの駅からも近くてすごく便利でした。 しかも、徒歩圏に行きたいところがほぼあったので電車やトラムに乗らなくても良いくらいでした。 トラムは無料ゾーン内だから疲れたら乗ってもいいし、と言う本当に立地が最高。 メルボルンは朝ごはんをカフェでと言う文化があるので、朝ごはんもつけなかったし部屋も必要なものがそろっていてシンプルで良かったです。 最終日はチェックアウト後にスーツケースを夜まで預かってもらえて、本当に助かりましたし、どのスタッフの方も感じが良かったです。」
