"Overall it’s a nice and convenient place to stay, well equipped. Only thing is the shower at the swimming pool wasn’t working and the nespresso machine in the rooms was leaking after you make your coffee. However as a whole it was a pleasant stay."

10/10 Excellent
"Stayed overnight to see a show at Her Majesties theatre. Walking distance to hotel is why we initially booked our stay. We were both extremely happy with our stay. Front staff were very friendly and it took just moments to get us checked in. Room was beyond our expectations. Clean , modern , spacious. We took advantage of pre theatre menu at Bossley restaurant on site and had a very enjoyable meal on a relaxing atmosphere. Late checkout in morning was very appreciated after a late night. We will definately stay again. Thank You Ridges Hotel Melbourne."
