We were on one of the top floors and very pleased with how quiet it was. The beds were very comfortable and we slept well. The only issue we had was that the staff, while friendly, couldn't help us with how to get places - they even gave us the wrong info for getting to a place.

Room on 19th so great views of the city. Never had to wait any amount of time for a lift to arrive. Big room with all amenities. The room was well maintained and was clean. Hotel was quiet. Staff helpful. Breakfast had the usual buffet type food available. Great having laundry facilities available as we were touring around. The hotel is in a brilliant location easy walking to many cafes, restaurants, shops and the tram.
