My stay was pleasant and comfortable at Eminence. The apartment was clean, modern and spacious. Had everything you would need for a weeks stay, fully self contained with laundry washer & dryer. Will stay again.

Very good for transport and city. Lots of food places very close.
Upsides; Large and good facilities including laundry, washer and dryer - kitchen, microwave and oven etc provided washing powder and bathroom needs including shampoo and condition . Good value for money. Nice staff.
Downside; My apartment however was very dark, grey, and no natural light. Also behind bed and sofa had not been cleaned.

Fantastic location within walking distance to the Royal Botanical Gardens , Queen Victoria Market, China Town and numerous restaurants and pubs. The outdoor sky deck has beautiful views of the city.
