「The entrance was a little bit confusing because the Reception is situated on up floor (7th?!). However, it’s not a matter to give a negative score at all. Room, facilities, breakfast and staffs are superb. Actually I had a trouble on the bill. But it was quickly solved in very sincere manner. Thank you very much. 」

Vammy, the taxi driver, Mr. Sang from the hotel, and Akila from the concierge team prepared a surprise birthday gift in my room to cheer me up after I had an unpleasant experience on the way here (which had nothing to do with the hotel). I was truly touched by their warm hospitality and deeply appreciated the kind gesture. Thank you so much! The room and bathroom were spacious, with large windows offering an amazing view. I highly recommend the Grand Hyatt to everyone. "
