"Location was good for access to the tram, room kitchen contents was mixed as was cleanliness as I was not happy with the initial room we were given. The bed was extremely comfortable and hot water aplenty. Free laundry room. Overall good value for money and the gentlemen on reception were helpful and friendly."

"The pictures online make it look very upscale. It's a nice property. The beds were comfy, and the linens were nice. Sadly, our shower had quite a bit of mold in numerous spots on the grout. That much mold would take a lot of time to accumulate. Such a simple cleaning between guests would permanent that, so it made me wonder what type of cleaning hours on."

"Kept having to log in to wifi. No idea why. Bed was super comfortable. Towels were changed and bed made daily. BUT dishes and glasses I'd used were left where I put them, not taken away nor replaced. AND I'd asked for an extra wastebasket and was told there weren't any. Really??? Southern Cross Station is literally a 5-minute walk away, a bit longer if dealing with luggage. Skybus was convenient to airport."

"Stayed in a 2bdrm suite. Spacious and bathrooms are conveniently attached to each bedroom . You can close off both bedrooms. The master ensuite is smaller than the 2nd bedroom ensuite. Housekeeping was great each day at an early hour. Stayed Thurs to Mon, the Sunday night was very noisy with roadworks till at least 2am which was unfortunate as impacted sleep before travel home, we were on the 9th floor. Breakfast buffet was standard, plenty of choice, no barista coffee. Close to everything and walking distance to Melb Central shopping. Overall hotel a bit dated but cleanliness is more important to me. Didn't use pool or gym. Would stay here again if I could secure a good deal."

"Hotel was clean and convienent except that the lift did not go all the way to the room floor. This meant dragging 23kg cases down a short staircase. The hotel staff did not mention this upon arrival."

"The room was prepaid at a rate of $150. However, when I arrived, the clerk charged my card an additional $170, saying the room had not been paid for and that they needed to check my card details. I explained that the booking had already been prepaid, but the charge was still processed. I returned to the desk to resolve the issue and was told the payment would be refunded, but it could take up to seven days. What was most disappointing was that there was no apology or acknowledgment of the mistake. The situation was handled quite poorly and left a bad impression."
