「Our host was very welcoming and helpful once we arrived. She checked in via text occasionally to see if we needed anything and to ensure things were going well. 「Host/property management interaction was very challenging. Non responsive to messages and came into a house that was 50 degrees because heat hadn’t been adjusted, even though there is a nest/remote thermostat. A lovely home otherwise. 」
