Check in was easy and the front desk agent was very nice and welcoming. The room was clean and comfortable. However, the TV and the refrigerator did not work. I tried calling the front desk and used the chat feature on the app but was not able to get anyone to resolve it. At breakfast, the food area was not maintained well. There was food, syrup, and trash all over the buffet area. Granted, I went about an hour before breakfast ended, but I usually always stay at Hilton properties and team members are always out cleaning and refreshing the food area. I just didn’t see that here.
