"You know you are going to enjoy your stay by how you are first greeted. The receptionist was very friendly, welcoming, professional and kind. Second the room was small but warm and cosy. Very clean & spotless. The staff made by birthday feel extra special with the gifts that welcomed me. Even prior to my staff, the email I received welcoming me was very kind like talking to a friend.
