If you appreciate high quality and superb traditional decorating and furnishings, this is the place to be. I prefer it to Claridge's. The greeting upon arrival is surely a singular experience. Beautiful room with a spectacular view of the Themes River. Room had every amenity, a beautiful new Hyatt, quiet and lovely. Great Breakfast Buffet! (The construction around them is not their fault, just made it inconvenient driving in for a jet lagged driver from the states!)

We enjoyed the holiday decor and the art installations. They also provided a celebratory wine and desert treat for our anniversary. It’s a beautiful property in the heart of London.

Hotel is very upscale and comfortable. The staff are exceedingly nice and helpful (they significantly stepped up and helped us with a minor medical problem my daughter had upon checkin). The rooms are a smaller size comparable to other large city hotels, but are feature packed, very updated and very comfortable.

I stay in a hotel probably 150 nights a year and this is among the best, certainly the best I have stayed in London. My room was magnificent and appointed to the highest standard. it was also very spacious compared with most London hotels. The service was flawless and the staff could not do enough for you. Absolutely top notch

We loved 11 Cadogan Gardens Hotel. Staff was fabulous, room terrific and just being in a townhouse with all the extra rooms - library, bar, etc. The area is also terrific. Overall 5 stars. We would definitely go back.

Great small hotel: of similar quality but better location than the Blake's Hotel (which is also one of my favorite small hotels in London). The bar, room service, food are top notch.
