"Clean room however had a bad odour we had to purchase room spray because it smelt strange. They didn’t make our bed or give us fresh towels. Noise from air con and tubes can be a bit disturbing at night. Overall great location greatness to tubes tube stations and plenty of breakfast and restaurants near by. However wouldn’t rush back. Parking very awkward and staff not helpful with location of best parking either. "

"For a one night stay, this was a perfect room for me. Had everything I needed, was clean and comfortable, and having an en-suite for the price was excellent. If you start looking too closely the finish on the rooms leaves a little to be desired, but that didnt effect my nights sleep!"

"The only thing going for this place is the location close to Paddington. Otherwise it’s pretty run down. The lift is broken so you’re carrying your luggage up flights of stairs. I was on the 4th floor so I certainly got my steps in. They charge to hold your bags prior to check in which seems a bit grabby considering you’re booked with them and most hotels off this service for free. The carpets are well past their end of life and the shower has a mind of its own temperature wise as it’s obvious...

"Great location, right off Kensington Gardens with Bus and Subway stations two blocks away. Also at walking distance to Paddington Station. Premises are clean, staff is helpful, breakfast is cheap and sufficient. "
