"一言で言うと「お値段はそこそこするが，また泊まりたいと思うホテル」． 滞在中，設備に問題も発生したが，迅速に対応してもらえたのでむしろ好印象． 【良い点】 ・最高の立地．ホテルフロントからサンマルコ広場まで歩いて３０秒．これは本当に素晴らしい．ただし，バポレット経由での移動だと船着場から少し歩きます． ・ホテルフロントが水路と直結．空港から水上タクシーでホテルフロントまで移動も可能だと思う．(Check-out客がフロント横から直接水上タクシーに乗っている風景を何度も見かけた) ・隣の水路はゴンドラの乗り場になっており，多くのゴンドラが留められていた．なので少しうるさいかもと思ったが，その懸念は的外れだった．むしろその風景が「ベニスに来た」と実感させてくれて，とてもよかった． ・エアコンは完璧に動作していた．夜は少し寒く感じたぐらい（もちろん温度調整をして事なきをえた） ・フロントマンの対応はイタリアとしては総じてよかった． ・部屋にMini-barあり．缶による飲料水の無料提供もあった． ・朝食は必要十分．Hot mealもあり．出されていた「肉団子」がにくにくしい味で気に入った．そのおかげでカリカリベーコンやサラミをあまり食べなかったぐらい． ・Online(Hotels.com経由)での問い合わせ対応が完璧，感動した．おかげで，些細な連絡から始まったやりとりも100%回答がもらえ，回答までの対応時間も待たされた印象はなしであった．対応いただいた，Booking department の Martina & Martaさん，そしてGabrieleさんには心より感謝申し上げる． ・夏場の滞在で「蚊」のことを気にしていると伝えたところ，電気式の蚊取りデバイスを部屋に用意してもらえた．イタリアのホテルでこんなに丁寧に対応してもらえたのは初めてだったので感動．部屋内設備の問題も不満を伝えたところ，その日のうちに対応いただけた．日本人的には当然だが，それを当たり前のように対応していただけたことに感謝したい． ・部屋の清掃も適切になされていました．ただ「日本人的にみても完璧」というほどではない． 【要改善点】 ・今回は別館(Annex)に宿泊したが，設備の古さが気になった．ヘアドライヤーが掃除機タイプだったのは残念．次回は本館に泊まってみたい． ・別館への出入りは本館フロントに必ず立ち寄る必要がある．安全対策なので仕方がないが面倒と言えば面倒 ・朝食会場はせまさを感じた．時間帯によってはテーブル待ちの可能性あり． ・ホテルフロントのロビーはせまめ．Check-out で人が集まるとフロント前は混雑状況になる． また行く機会があれば，ぜひお世話になりたい．"
