「large, luxurious facility that has seen better days. Likely affected by the economic state of the Guam tourist economy. Staff very friendly, particularly shuttle driver Jack! - Wish the restaurants would make it clear when last orders are - Should let customers know that cafe charges 10% service charge automatically - Cleanliness of the indoor flooring/carpets to rooms and floor windows have a lot of room for improvement」

「仕事の都合で今まで10回ほどこのホテルを利用している。そのうち4回くらいはエレベーターが故障している。3階の建物だが階段で乗り降りするのは面倒だ。特に今回は杖を使っての歩行だから3階が30階くらいに感じられる。（エレベーターは1台しかない） 水圧が本当に低く、日本の4分の1もない。どの部屋も同じだ。 ヘアドライヤーを借りようとしても、たいてい在庫なしだ。ティッシュペーパーなどは自前で持って行く必要がある。部屋などはきれいだが、設備は日本の質と比較することもできない。」

「全体的には良かったです。 お部屋の掃除でタオルの補充だけで古いものの回収がないのと、お水がない日がありました。 （チップおき忘れていた日です） たまたまそのタイミングで清掃員の方がいたのでもらいましたがやっぱりチップないとこんなもんかぁという気持ちにはなりました。笑 ホテルで1人20ドルでカヤックやボート、シュノーケルや靴やフィンなど借りることができて充実でした！」

「This was my fourth visit to Guam, but my first time staying at this hotel. Out of all the places I’ve stayed, this was by far the cleanest, most comfortable, and easiest place to relax. I would be very happy to stay here again in the future. If I had to mention one concern, the water dispenser on the 4th floor had run out, so I used one on another floor instead. However, the ice machine on that floor was also out of service. I only refilled my water bottle, but unfortunately I experienced an...

「屋外プールから見るタモン湾が、とても綺麗でした。また、施設自体が新しいので、どこで過ごしている時も快適でした。 フロントはもちろん、朝食会場、プールと、どこにいるスタッフの方も親切で、安心して宿泊することができました。また、日系ホテルだけあって、フロントのスタッフの方は、日本語も完璧です。 朝食は、一日ではとても食べきれないようなメニューの多さです。現地のチャモロ料理などのほか、そばやうどん、納豆、みそ汁まであります。 ホテルニッコーグアムとレストランやプール等の提携があるので、提携内容についても確認しておくとよいと思います。」
