Staff were excellent. The phone in the room wasn’t working and the staff had it fixed within 20 minutes. I was a little disappointed that the room did not have a mini fridge but a chiller. The dusit app did mention the room would have a mini fridge. The room could use a touch up. A section of the wall paper was peeling. One of the window panels was stuck so I couldn’t open it. The buttons for the window shade would fall off whenever I touched it. There was a random part of the shower that was just left in the shower. The room was really nice. The bed was comfy.

Dusit Thani Guam is a true slice of paradise; secure, immaculate, and thoughtfully run. What sets it apart is the people, with Chamorro and Filipino hospitality at its finest, genuine, attentive, and quietly exceptional. It is the kind of place you return to without hesitation, and one I would confidently recommend. A few beachside convenience spots nearby (like right by the beach) for quick essentials would make the experience even more seamless.

We came for a military function. Our basic room we booked wasnt cleaned yet so they upgraded us to a FANTASTIC room. Way too big for my wife and i haha. We felt like we were royalty, which is a weird feeling for us. But hey, we took advantage of it. The views of the ocean were magical.

Outstanding breakfast buffet and also the evening food and drinks on the club floor was excellent. The staff was friendly, polite, and very helpful. The bathroom room layout was a little unique, but efficient, although I wouldn’t recommend that type of room if you are staying with more than two persons and you expect a little privacy. Overall a well satisfied stay.
