The room was subpar. It did the job of somewhere to sleep. The tub felt as if you were going to fall through and was not attached to the wall. There was a trundle bed under the bed that you could not use otherwise a charge of $55 would be added even though the bed was already there. The private beach was not usable due to being under construction. The waterpark was decent.The staff was fantastic, along with the morning buffet breakfast. I would chose somewhere else next time.

The hotel is going through a refurbishment. Once finished, no doubt this would be a proper 4 star (or more) again. Now, it was clean enough and staff is very friendly. We spent most of our time exploring the island by rental car.

Beautiful ocean front balcony room. Just outdated. The water pressure keeps on changing and you hear a noise when changing water temperature. The balcony and outside building needs pressure wash.

Had a quick little stay. Property is in rough shape due to storms. So lots of repairs going on and very loud. The layout for driving in and getting parking is confusing. Need better signage for people coming in and out. Also the parking garage doesn't have elevators. Would be difficult for older guests. No access to the beach during repairs was kind of a downer. Overall it could be a great hotel. Just needs a lot of work as long as they put the money into it. But unfortunately tourism is way down on island. So I give them credit for what they are doing. Room was comfortable but couldn't see out of the window over the big tub. Its a great hotel and location but needs a lot of work.

スタッフは皆さん良かったです。部屋も清潔で温かいお湯も一定の圧力で出ており、問題なかったです。 一方、一部施設が改装中のため、ホテルの外側を通ってしか海に出れなかったのは残念でした。 中心部から離れていますが、バスで行けるので、あまり不自由は感じませんでした。 近くにスーパーマーケットがあるので便利です。

夫婦で６泊しました。 ホテルは、古いですが　常識的な清掃はされており特に不満は、ありませんでした。 お部屋は、エコノミークラスの予約でしたが 広くて明るくて居心地が良かったです。 朝食は、バイキングで日本食もあり 毎日少しずつメニューが違いました。 このくらいで充分だよね〜という感じです。 ご飯は、美味しかったです。 プールも楽しめました。 近くにペイレスというスーパーもあります。 立地がいいとは言えませんが、私達はレンタカーを借りていたので問題なしでした。 また泊まるのもありなホテル🏨でした。

星野リゾートと名に惹かれて今回宿泊しましたが20年前にオンワードホテルの頃に泊まったことがありましたがプールも含め何も変わっていなく て⋯ それどころかビーチは工事中でジェットスキーが走っていて泳ぐには危なかったです。 夜のプールサイドでの無料のパーティーもポームページで見たものとは程遠い残念な感じでした。 子供さんがいるとこのホテルは良いかもですが大人（老夫婦）向けではないかもです。 唯一良かったのはプレミアムアウトレットまでの無料送迎バスがあったことです。これは毎日使いました。 それとロッテホテルのプールが利用できたことも良かったです。こちらはビーチもきれいでした。送迎があればもっと良かったのにと思いました。

スタッフはとてもフレンドリーで、小さな子供たちとも仲良く接してくれました。 流れるプールやスリルのあるマンタも素晴らしく、親子連れなら皆が楽しめると思います。 ただお風呂の排水溝が詰まったり、ハウスキーパーが四時過ぎてもこないなど気になるところはありましたが、設備の豊富さや値段を考えたら納得できる水準でした。

ホテル前エリアと一部のプールが工事中で リゾート感は感じられませんでした。 地下1階のアクティビティルームも工事の倉庫になっていて残念でした。 運営が星野リゾートに変わりましたが、 名前が変わっただけどいう感じです。 日本の星野リゾートとクオリティーが同質だと思うとギャップを感じるのでご注意してください。 グアムのノーマルな普通のホテルです。 客室1.0サービス1.0地図1.0 ホテルのおすすめポイントお子様連れ向き 客室穴の空いたタオルを使用されているので 評価は低いです。 エアコンがかなり古いので 喉が痛くなり喉が痛く日本に帰国してから病気で通院しました。 バスタブのお湯が排水できなく 自分で掃除して処理したので最悪でした。 近くのアクティビティホテル隣接のウォーターパークがあり、 子供連れには向いています。 歩きやすさ工事中で不便でした。 フード、ドリンクレストランは他のお客さんの評判が良くなかったので利用しませんでした。
