The hotel is really nice for an older hotel. The staff were all very kind and helpful. The pool closed quite early though. Everything in our room worked well. I would stay there again.

There are higher-class hotels in the area, but this one was fine and much less expensive. It shows its age, but it's totally enough for the basics. ABC mart next door, and 5-min walk to the beach. I'd stay there again.

Although the building is very old and in need of repairs, it was still a good place to stay. Reasonable price, decent location. Pool could use some work to Fix the metal steps going in because they are not sturdy and spin around.

Located in Tumon, the Grand Plaza Hotel was conveniently located in a walkable tourist area with many shops and restaurants and also across from the Police Station. ABC Store is next door. My only real issue with this hotel during my stay is that the walls are thin and I could hear my neighbors from both sides!

Grand Plaza is a budget hotel.so the price is reasonable. Terrific location right in the middle of Tumon. Staff was nice and accommodating. Room was pretty spacious. The wifi is quite slow. TV is analog...not much programming. Four- leg.tub is unsafe to.get in and out.for shower..Floor gets.wet. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.. .

This property is really in bad shape. Things haven’t been maintained well. Bring eyeshades as the curtains don’t close. Great location though, and friendly staff.

This place is great if you need an affordable place to stay and you don't need any extra amenities or luxury. My room was fair but the mirror was dirty and the bedding had stains and there is no fitted sheet. If you didn't rent a car then there was taxi and a nearby shuttle. Location is ideal if visiting Tumon Bay and the surrounding shopping centers. It was also noisy when I stayed due to noisy guests and construction being done in the building, but the construction was being done at a fairly resonable time unless you want to sleep in.

Room was filthy. Hotel was overall noisy. House keeping was very noisy while cleaning. Constant door slamming. Only convenience was the location. Very bad experience. Will not be staying there ever again.

Although not as bad as the previous property I stayed at, the rooms definitely need an upgrade. Door was supposed to be self locking, but wouldn't close correctly without slamming it shut. A hot water maker was provided, but it had a good amount of rust or something on the bottom of it. Otherwise, room was decently clean. Air conditioner seemed new, worked well, and was surprisingly quiet.
