So our 2nd day we requested for amenities because there was no toothepaste in the bathrooms, we requested amenities to be delievered to our room with Tasi at the frontdesk & after 30 min we called fd to followup & allyssa asked us to come down & get at the fd😂 what bad customer service. After that we req room cleaning with Natalie & left the hotel for an hour or so to come back to our rm not being made up. I didnt even bother anymore to call the fd they might ask me to clean my room myself. I work at Hilton & i see ALOT Of difference between our customer service & Grand Plaza frontdesk . Management should really think about re-train their frontdesk staff.
