"Excellent hotel. Stayed here for 2 nights and it was an excellent choice. We had a nice hike after a big breakfast followed by onsen in the afternoon. Hotel was perfectly situated. "

"Nice 5 star hotel. The service and staff is top notch. The views are spectacular. Great place to retreat to and relax. We stayed here for 1 night in our trip through Hokkaido. My only issue was at check in. We were required to make the dinner reservations and meal selection at the front desk. And not everything we wanted was available to us. So it was very awkward experience in my opinion. I don’t know if I made a mistake not reserving the restaurants in advance but it is hard to know what you want for dinner up to 7 months in advance. Maybe it was just better to order room service. "
