Generally the location is not bad, especially if you are there for the Hokkaido marathon, the near by MRT station is 西11丁目, about 5-10minutes walk from the station. There is a 7-11 right next to the corner. The four stars rating is going for the location, clearness and the huge space. Following are some points you might want to consider before you book the accommodation, first it is contactless check in, so there is no person there to help. The key of the entrance door is difficult to get. We stood there for half an hour just to get the key and we tried to contact the property but it is helpless. We figured the way out ourselves. Another thing is the hot water in the house. There was no hot water in the beginning, even though we follow the instruction from the booklet that provided in the house. We tried to contact the property but again helpless. We then searched in the internet and solved the problem ourselves. So if you are okay with the above mentioned issue then it is a place for you to stay

We stayed here as a family, and overall it was a good experience with a few things to note. The room itself was very spacious definitely a big plus for families. There was plenty of sleeping space, which made everyone comfortable, though I do think the pillows could be improved for a better night’s sleep. I also wish there had been a larger table and more seating to better accommodate a family. Cleanliness was okay, but could use some improvement. I’m a bit particular when it comes to cleaning, and I did feel the need to wipe down surfaces myself with disinfectant wipes. That said, the staff truly stood out they were amazing. Check-in was smooth, and anytime we needed something, they were quick, helpful, and very accommodating. Hands down one of the best parts of our stay. The hotel itself is family-friendly in terms of room space and layout. However, the surrounding area may not feel as family-oriented. There are quite a few clubs nearby, and it gives off a bit of a red-light district vibe at night. If that doesn’t bother you, the location is actually very convenient right in the heart of downtown with plenty to do and see. Overall, a solid stay thanks to the space and incredible staff, with a few areas that could be improved.

The rooms are spacious and clean. The kitchen utensils are well-equipped, and all the staff are friendly.

Everything was excellent. I was amazed how clean our room was and modern design. I really enjoyed our stayed. The price was very reasonable. The only problem we had is difficulty finding the hotel. We lost few times and had to ask direction. The hotel was located in front of the temple on the google map, but we couldn't locate the temple. Despite the problem finding the hotel, I still highly recommend this hotel. I will book this hotel for future Sapporo stay.
