It tells you everything you need to know about the house, how to work the appliances, and about the surrounding area. The location was very convenient to the Shinjuku and Shibuya areas of Tokyo. 「The location was perfect. We were about three minutes from the local subway station and were able to connect easily to get around Tokyo to all of our desired locations. The Japanese BBQ restaurant immediately around the corner was fantastic. Service and food were amazing there as well. The management was very responsive and provided for all of our basic needs.
