It was a pleasure staying at Villa Kusunoki for our short 5 day stay to attend a family event in Tokyo. The property owner, Mr. Kusunoki, is extremely knowledgeable and helpful in so many ways. He is an excellent source of information, and seemed very happy to help us in all aspects of our travel and stay. The home is very well kept, and has many modernized features to make your stay comfortable. It is very conveniently located, and is easy walking distance to various public transportation. I highly recommend this property!

Family friendly and quiet, 8 minutes walk to the station and close to Nakano city station. Host was able to communicate in English and made our stay comfortable..

Mr. Kusunoki is such a pleasant man. He sent us the best routes to get to places on multiple occasions, and shared with us many spots to go. He used his many connections to get us discounts on watches, and informed us the cheapest way to buy train tickets, and amusement park tickets. If we come back to Tokyo, we will be staying here again.
