「Avoid this property at all costs! It was a nightmare, owner couldn’t be contacted for hours (tried to call him and no one picked up the phone) and only after we got a hold of him, he informed us that the place was double booked. We were travelling with 2 young kids and waited nearly 2 hours in front of this property. It was 9 pm and we had to scramble to find a place to stay. The owner offered another location which was in Shinjuku, which is on the opposite of the city. This was a terrible...

Not clean or acceptable.Kitchen is poorly equipped. Minimal number of glasses and no coffee cups Front door difficult to navigate. Whether going in or out could be tricky.Need instructions regarding hot water for people that have not travelled Japan.」
