"Avoid this property at all costs! It was a nightmare, owner couldn’t be contacted for hours (tried to call him and no one picked up the phone) and only after we got a hold of him, he informed us that the place was double booked. We were travelling with 2 young kids and waited nearly 2 hours in front of this property. It was 9 pm and we had to scramble to find a place to stay. The owner offered another location which was in Shinjuku, which is on the opposite of the city. This was a terrible...

"This was a nice property; clean and a great value. Check in and out was smooth and we made some very nice memories in the house. The stairs are narrow and could be difficult for someone with mobility issues. Also, if you are tall, watch your head when walking down the stairs—there is a beam that you could bump your head on. Other than that, it was great—I definitely would love to stay there again. Lots of convenience stores and restaurants nearby."

"15 minute walk from train station. 3 bedrooms with lots of extra spaces for the kids. Heat pumps in all rooms and a gift basket of snacks and drinks upon arrival. It was a great base to explore Tama and Sanrio Puroland. Great communication and instructions for absolutely everything in English. "
