"Lovely Japanese style hotel with friendly and attentive staff.
We enjoyed the complimentary Japanese breakfasts daily that were delivered to our room at a time we chose.
Rooms were immaculate and cleaning done daily with fresh towels.
Enjoyed looking at the koi fish and beautiful views of the pagoda from the rooftop garden.
Very convenient to train station and restaurants.
Highly recommend! "

"A great hotel with a wonderful hot spring and all the amenities covered. The food and the breakfast buffet are simply perfect and the price is very reasonable. "
"Hotel is across the street on the south side of Kyoto station (the less busy side) and is beside a large vertical mall. Makes for very convenient access to the train and subway lines, although Kyoto station is not the easiest to navigate."
"Property is nice and close to many attractions. There is also transportation (JR line) close by. Lots of food options and small shops. Close to Starbucks. Aquarium and railway museum just around the corner. 7-11 is just right beside hotel. Currency exchange machine at 7-11 as well. "
" Wonderful onsen experience!
This place is exceptionally clean, and the staff are incredibly friendly and attentive. They offer complimentary refreshments, including sodas, teas, ice cream, and mixed nuts—a thoughtful touch that adds to the relaxing atmosphere. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking to unwind and enjoy a top-notch onsen experience."
