「Hotel easily found, free parking, free WiFi (which actually worked). Reception could not have been more helpful. Our suitcases were carried to our rooms. The choice of food on offer was good, waiting staff were courteous and helpful and service was good. We had intended to have a meal in Tetbury but in fact had our meals at the Priory Inn.
I would say that the en-suite bathrooms are probably due a refresh. On the plus side, there were fans in the bedrooms and chilled fresh water available from...

"Lovely Restaurant, Disappointing Housekeeping & Reception
Breakfast and dinner were excellent. The restaurant staff were very kind and polite, and we really enjoyed the atmosphere during meals.
However, the reception experience and housekeeping were disappointing.
When we checked in, the receptionist was initially friendly, but when I asked her some questions, her attitude became a bit intimidating and unhelpful, which made me uncomfortable.
We stayed 4 nights. On one of the days, our room was not cleaned until 17:30, and we had to wait 30 minutes in the hallway. On another day, the towels were not replaced and no vacuuming was done. We informed the staff, but the manager didn’t seem to take the issue seriously.
