"We had a lovely 2 night stay. Room was ok, would go for a larger room, if we stay again. Staff in the bar & resteraunt were excellent, nothing was too much trouble & the food excellent at both breakfast & dinner."

"This is a comfortable clean property. Parking is a bit of an issue. There was no electricity on except downstairs. Although someone came to address the problem several hours after we reported it a quicker communication to say the problem would be addressed would have reduced stress. Why both people we called didn't answer their phones really isn't good enough. It would have been worse if we could not get into the house."

"Welcomed by a very friendly receptionist and advised where best to park on site and where the room is located - the hotel has several separate buildings Large, pet-friendly, ground floor room with easy access to hotel grounds. Dinner at the hotel was ok, if a little on the pricey side for quantity and quality. Breakfast great with a good selection of hot and cold choices. Overall a great stay and would definitely stay again but personally, may choose to eat elsewhere."

"The cottage was decorated and designed to an extremely high standard giving a warm and welcoming feel . All furniture and fittings were of a very high standard . For practicality reasons a few basic additions would have been useful. A bowl for the sink if needed , coasters for drinks and oven gloves. There was no instructions for removal of rubbish or recycling. The hot water was far to hot , almost at boiling point. That said we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would love to return someday."
