"Exceeded expectations!"

"Hotel was excellent. Staff were friendly, rooms were amazing, great location. Two minor issues - breakfast was lovely but didn’t quite get what we asked for (we must have confused them when asking for something slightly different to the menu). The other was the loud music until about 11.30 at night - the price you pay on a Saturday night in an old hotel with original windows! None of these were enough to reduce down from 5*! Definitely recommended "

"The house was immaculate and very well furnished. Lots of bathrooms available even for our large group. The house is very well maintained and in a great location. I would absolutely stay here again. "

"Location is perfect, merely a 5 minute walk and you are in Cheltenham centre right by the brewery quarter, plenty of choice for food all within minutes of the apartment. The gentleman that checked us in on reception was so friendly and informative. The suite was the Milano, it was spacious and clean but the only complaint was it could do with a little maintenance. Handles missing off the drawers in the bedroom, towel pegs hanging out of the doors, no remote for the TV in the bedroom, main TV Arial held in with cellotape so kept falling out. The bathroom was clean and roomy but just needs a little attention, can flood if not careful with the shower as states designed as a wet room. The walls and ceilings are paper thin and the apartment adjacents door was constantly opening and shutting with a long squeaky bang, right the other side of the bedroom wall, our upstairs neighbour seemed like they kept a baby elephant up there and the pipes from upstairs run down the side of the bedroom wall right by your head. The Milano suite is on the front of the building so you hear alot of road noise and passers-by all hours. They were small things but attended too would make it more of a luxury stay as billed. We did love it and would stop again for location but maintenance is needed to keep the tired fixtures and fittings in working, presentable order is the key. "

"Lovely hotel close to the best of Cheltenham. Our only regret was that we got to stay for one night and the residents bar closed quite early. The basement bar was open late but open to nonresidents, so was very busy on a Saturday night!"
