Was switched to another room with more bugs. Seeing bugs in my second room, I packed up my things and some w/ the front desk requesting for a refund, I was told to contact hotels.com...they stated they were unable to get in contact with the hotel and offered me a $25 refund. I wouldn't stay here.."
