It’s my third or fourth stay and I keep coming back. Love the sunsets at Tabu beach bar.

Convenient location in Tumon with many restaurants in walking distance. Parking is very appreciated.

Liked that they had a bathtub Did not like toooo difficult to get in snd out The Deli sandwich was on TERRIBLE bread so not the Hyatt brand

Kimberly at the front desk was the best! She saved our stay since the room was not ready for a few hours after we got there. Food was amazing, pool was nice. The jacuzzi was luke warm which shouldn’t be a problem since it’s normally hot out, but during rainy season, warm water is needed.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Television was difficult to figure out even for the staff.

Location is great

I called ahead of time to see if I could try to check in early and they said the earliest is 2:30pm. I got there at 2:45 and the room wasn’t ready even after the 3:00 check in time. So that was bust since I was already late to set up the room. Then on the first room the carpet felt wet and it seemed like the air condition wasn’t working properly. The rooms were clean and the staff on site were great and always friendly. My kids loved the kids club. The staff at the kids club are so great with the kids. The variety of pools are so great too so there is something for everyone. There are a lot of activities throughout the water park and hotel. The only downside if this hotel is the distance from the lobby to the different towers. It's quite a walk but is really not something that should keep you from booking here. There is a garage...

With the recent renovations, the hotel is nice and updated. The area surrounding the hotel is very walkable and it is close to everything. Great price for a great location!

I loved the location and safety i felt staying at the Garden Villa. The hotel is right on the main hotel row. Entering snd exiting the place is not a problem at all. I was given a room on the building next to the swimming pool, the view was excellent, the parking was never a problem during the 4 nights we stayed. I loved the fact that I had to use the key card to get to the actual floor to go to the room after getting of the elevator.. No one who is not assigned to the floor can get in....

Front desk service did not wake me up before my returning flight. I missed my flight back to Cebu. I had to purchased another one way flight ticket. The shuttle Airport Bus never pick me up upon my arrival. I had to walked to this Hotel at 3:00 am. Technically, the airport shuttle I reserved I never get a service. Thank you!

It’s convenient to the airport and a 10 minute walk to Donki Mall, a must see Japanese supermarket and mall. Friendly staff. The hotel is dated but clean and everything worked, o had a studio with kitchen and refrigerator. Perfect for an overnight stay and reasonable price
