"Excellent customer service at check-in. Hotel staff are very attentive and helpful. The breakfast buffet in the morning is outstanding, with a wide variety of foods from which to select. The coffee is great! The hotel is slightly dated, however, it is incredibly clean and the rooms are very nice and stylish. Shower-head/faucet in bathroom is a little lower than I expected, but manageable. It will be a little difficult for taller people. Only a few English speaking channels on TV. Internet connections in room and throughout hotel are good. The hotel is connected to a large Mall."

"I really enjoyed my stay"

"I called ahead of time to see if I could try to check in early and they said the earliest is 2:30pm. I got there at 2:45 and the room wasn’t ready even after the 3:00 check in time. So that was bust since I was already late to set up the room. Then on the first room the carpet felt wet and it seemed like the air condition wasn’t working properly. The maintenance came and tried to adjust it. But it still wasn’t cold. We didn’t get to switch rooms until after 9pm and idk why they keep giving us a broken bellcart to move our belongings. It’s an inconvenient to keep giving our id to use the cart. The breakfast was alright and the waterpark was great. The gym was hot (But convenient). All in all it’s a nice family experience. Family friendly. "
