"booked last minute room and picked wrong date by accident because of the time difference. and they could not bother to be accommodating one bit and at least offer some kind of credit towards new room given i just paid then free money and did not used the room. instead they chose to offer their best and more expensive options taking advantage of the last minute situation i found myself.
